Why would they undercut themselves quoting billet or concentrate spot prices when the final product will be sulphate?The whole premise of SKI's interest is so they circumvent the whole Chinese monopoly on refined metal salts and obtain the pure product from other sources.
At least the base case is on display now unlike Opuwo east.
