NAÏF has gone from being a great idea, to a slow gov. body, to a political hot potato to a complete joke.
it should have approved the GNX application ages ago... as well as others.. instead it calls for submissions and sits on it's hands...
The metrics for funding don't seem clear or certain... jobs, ROI and votes are the most likely ones... none the less, instead of funding projects, they are funding long lunches and flights for their staff it would seem.
