Wowsers... these last minute changes to legislation are pretty heavy. I'm sure the DRC miners will still make money but this will hit margins pretty hard especially given that Glencore, RAND etc would have thought the 10yr exception applied to them.
And the 50% super profit tax when commodity prices rise 25% above the levels contain in the DFS is a massive hit. I guess the ASX hopefuls will need to be very careful with their DFS then!!
Double ouch.
