look I dont know enough about the exact laws in OZ but isnt Abo land is being retuned to them too?, is that not land reform?? I do know other mines Ive had in W.A taking ages to negotiate with them on seemingly ridiculous points. Will you not buy there too?

The main point is to my (admitedly limnited) knowledge that has been no cases of mines being exproprated without fair compensation in Nambia. On the other hand mining taxes are low and prices are cheap plenty of govt incentive etc -so theres swings and roundabouts in every deal

But anyway Nimbus Mate this converstion is going no where - its very simple if your not comfy dont buy the shares!! -No worries - its a free world (except maybe in Oz where I can never shake the feeing im living in a police state when I visit)!!!!

Anyways, another solid morning's work whilst I'm away from my office! The breakout is on!! We will now have every techincal trader and his dog coming across, as well as the fundamentals stacking up with Co price, JORC release, any leftfield surprise ann. All coinciding nicely. I wouldn't be surprised to see big orders of $100-200k go through at inflection points like 12c, many traders big enough to play 1-2m shares for pips.

see chart re breakout, 14c next stop to test it, then new high, possibly this week. I'm throwing in last 3 days charts just to see how it's panned out.
