some interest in the sector with Cobalt 27 and Highlands (HIG) agreeing to a "friendly acquisition". Cobalt 27 to acquire remaining equity in HIG not held for all cash. HIG market cap of $80m at the takeover price, but was trading some 30% less.
So cobalt 27 and Anthony Milewski see value down here it seems... i.e. the sector is cheap
