DRC election outcome will likely have a strong impact on cobalt price. Probably worthy of some discussion. If Kabila et al get back into power then there will likely be unrest just like post the drawn out July 2006 results which were only ratified by DRC courts end Nov 2006.
The other candidates seem an unknown quantity, but I'm not 100% across the situation personally. One seems pro-business amd International trade, the other perhaps a bit grey at this point. Anyone more familiar with the situation?
