remains to be seen I'd say... is the new president pro-business or pro-DRC? If he wants to raise avg wages then he'll be tackling business head-on and demanding fairer conditions. That should flow onto higher costs of doing business in DRC (rightly so) than present, so maybe making mining operations less profitable to the Int'l Co's, but more so to the DRC and workers.
who knows, a lot to play it here still.
