Its not a case of if managment think Co price will recover it's a commoditie they cycle especially metals with potential to disrupt supply demand balance abruptly, for me it's more the fact they are not convinced its economical otherwise you would have seen a SS buy now! And mangment wouldn't have jumped overboard! has the SS and jorc been canned now.. Anything being exolored right now wont be mined for 5-6 years imo. cobalt is and will come from the DRC. That is why the market is valuing this asset woethless imo
