l concur with what you are saying, but I don't think we're heading into a trading halt just yet.
the point of pushing down the price is to accumulate lower and for that they need some more time. how long it will take them to start ramping it up again may give us a clue to how much longer we'll be waiting for an announcement. unfortunately we're in the dark and if they have left themselves some spare time we may have to sit through this a bit longer.
if they start buying within a day or two, I reckon the announcement will follow not much thereafter.
All imo and pure speculation of course.
