completely agree generally. Buyers must see value by definition but to what end. Management would do well to highlight a plan. They are saying they are putting things on ice, then they say we are doing studies but they don’t cost much.
we have seen seen a large P&D previously, many people are so far under it could well merely be a play thing for traders.
