I've been in since mid 2017 and even bought my 15k worth at 18.5c in the CR, so mixed buy prices after averaging down late last year.
I believe the last pumper has well and truly left the building, though anything is possible.
This looks to be someone wanting to shake out and entice sellers to part with as much as possible down here imo.
