CLA - Cobalt related news, page-210

Hi Nimbus24,

I have done my homework on CLA for quite a while now... the least of my concerns is that the government will allow locals to simply take CLA's mining rights away.

Most of my other concerns have been reduced to such a point in my mind, risk vs reward is very, very attractive.

Why do I think CLA land is safe ?

Mostly because the government seems quite stable, the population not as unhappy as some of their neighboring populations, and the fact that Namibian millionaires own large parts of CLA and adjacent resources.

Will abandoned farms or large tracks of lands be part of a land reformation... sure... much the same as Australia and Native Title...

Will other tracks of lands (farms) be part of a land reformation... possibly.. however the government had made it pretty clear it will not simply be taken, that there is a remuneration required to be paid.

Will mines be taken over... no.. I just don't see that unless the government falls over in some kind of coop and no-one is predicting anything like that.

I have been in since the low 3's from memory... and have bids in for both options and heads in the 9's just in case I wake up and Dow Jones has dropped 10% which would make loose hands sell off CLA.

Don't expect to sell any of my shares in the next 6-12 months unless something blindsides me.
