You speak as if BB was the only capable MD on Planet Earth. Look, the guy is a geologist by trade with a rep for exploration. That skillset suits companies that are at particular stages of development, ie. Having a new project and still trying to prove up a "flagship" resource.
That is not the case with CLA. We already have our flagship resource. Why waste money paying him a high salary when he's not going to be doing what he does best?
The other thing to point out is the utter conviction of CLA to rely solely on the Opuwo resource. The company has the cash to take a punt at a new project, yet they are not doing that. It's almost frustrating to see... Is the project really that good??
I mean it is, after all, a world where junior explorers pump out announcements at least once a month to hype their projects, burn cash on an "active" BOD/management, abandon their projects, do CRs to stay alive, get new projects, etc. In this world, CLA really is a strange anomaly.
