If COB can get LG Chem involved, I think we can find someone similar. Were sitting on a larger, higher grade resource with copper (and Zinc although unsure about processing of that) to boot.
Hyayou got around NZC being in the DRC which really isn't that far from Opuwo... With their recent agreement with LG Chem they are going to need to secure a whole lot more cobalt. Wouldn't be surprised if discussions arent already starting for some sort of funding/placement.
