This is exactly why the 'Grade is king' saying on HC is crap, its just one of many factors that will impact the profitability of a project, especially relating to cobalt. Borg has been alluding to this point for months now and it is clear the market still hasn't woken up to it just yet.
Got to ask yourself, if other companies are reporting much higher grades from existing known deposits and even previously operating mines, why isn't it still being mined? Why did they close down decades ago? What has changed?
If the simple mineralogy is all but confirmed, this should lead to relatively low Capex, Opex and a high quality product. This should also be much simpler to achieve for this resource compared to many others relating to many factors (political, infrastructure, surface, sulphide mineralogy etc).
This could really be a glorious ride over the coming months, I think this is only the entrée
