BGS is a totally different logistic beast.
Based on a 2 mtpa plant they have to transport approx 180.000 t Li-spod p.a. 900km to a port in another country.
CLA may have to transport maybe approx 9.000 t Co/Cu p.a based on 2 mtpa, that's a huge difference to Birimian's volume. And the distance to Walvis Bay is also around 800-900 km, but there is no need to cross the border of another country.
Shouldn't be rocket science for CLA imo.
