it's prospective for sure, but still needs quite a bit to get the drills spinning first... access, flyover mapping, soil sampling, then drilling.
if all of those lead to decent results, then yes, 1c odd is ground level entry. if if if though.
but i agree it seems like Celsius v2.0 is about to start (or is that v9.0??)
