I think most people know how SH works, this has no bearing on the validity of the information presented imo. I see it like this, cla has made quite some effort, and at a cost as you pointed out, to inform holders of the current state of play. I for one are pleased they did.
The asx doesn't allow companies to advertise their credentials through offical announcements to my knowledge. Any announcement will come when a funding deal becomes binding, according to the article. Paid or not, they don't get to fabricate infomation imo.
