- the dilution will happen when we CR to drill the northern zone if it's done while the SP is still low...
- if we wait for the SP to rise, it will delay the CR, which then delays the drilling..
- whatever we do, the drilling will take a while to complete (months)

It might be best to just keep plugging away with a solo drill up north as I believe BB is doing... while simultaneously working hard on the current area of interest to get it to a point where we are ready to look for the cash.

By then, as you say... the drill unit may have shown continued uniformity across the northern zone, or even found better results... albiet not enough holes to crank up the jorc that much.. but do we really need to do that just yet ?

We might have a JV that involves us not so much selling the northern zone, but rather, funding the southern zone, while the JV Partner also works on the northern zone which we still hold.

So many options... not too many bad ones...
