Apologies if this has already been mentioned and discussed but I think its worth everyone have a good look at the PFS link below for the Berg Aukas mine in Namibia. Its a Zinc/Lead mine not far from Opuwo.

Why is this relevant? Its from 2014 but good idea of mining costs and trasnport costs (which may be able to be optimised 4 years on). They use underground/stoping and LOM cost estimated at $22 per tonne which is pretty good IMO and if we do a combination of UG and open pit, I think $20 per tonne or less could be possible.

Transport costs of $30 per tonne to Walvis Bay which is a bit pricey but I assume tax concessions offered by Walvis Bay will come into consideration on feasibility of this.

Essentially, were probably looking at $50 per tonne give or take for mining and transport to port. I think that's reasonable, the telling part will be processing cost. Id love to see total costs at $80 per tonne including processing or $100 per tonne at an absolute maximum to provide plenty of buffer for cooling commodity prices/any reduced recoveries & payability etc. This is considering give or take $150 per tonne rock value which may be more or less depending on commodity prices and mining higher grade zones as priority.
