Good Morning,
As we all know the SVM deal has fallen through, i believe due to management of this company being unreasonable with price demands. The company has seen fit to decline a near 100% premium bid from silvercorp, excluding the possible value from the spinco's.
Peter Hume who only holds ~24m shares ( less than many of you ) has overseen this mess for all shareholders.
Myself and a like-minded group of shareholders who currently own a substantial portion of the company are canvasing for supportive shareholders for a section S249D notice to remove all directors who are not in favour of a transaction and sale of the company.
