yes I am a happy camper about the board. They have not wasted everyone's time by putting up a proposition that will get voted down.
I'm not sure why anyone thinks these guys were White Knights, that's about as far from reality that I can imagine. Their behaviour this week is an exact example of this. Do you really want to deals with people who try and destroy you when they don't get what they want.
Compared to where we were 6 months ago, CLA is in great shape internally , but of course these external games are short term distraction.
Under ASX listing rules Management cannot communicate to the market a running commentary of who they may or may not be talking to.
