So SVM are now going to try and install their own people to the CLA board to really royally screw the shareholders. Hand over our assets to themselves and ask us to vote them in, pretty twisted and ambitious. I'll back the current board every day of the week to represent cla shareholders interests, thanks but I'll be re-electing Peter, Sarge and Co in a heartbeat.
I'm not sure why they have you doing this when they hold over 5% now and could do it themselves. Instead they hide behind their puppets on HC. Very childish and doomed to soon be irrelevant if svm aren't careful imo.
