CLA total In-Ground Value (IGV) discussion

This thread is to keep track of the total IGV of the various projects that are now held under CLA. I think this thread is needed because the recent acquisition of new projects by the company and the subsequent news flows for them may cause the casual observer to value CLA solely based on those new projects, when in fact there is a whole lot more to the CLA story.
A few notes on this thread:

• This is a purely IGV discussion. I personally do not have the expertise to comment on other important aspects such as feasibility, mining methods, etc., so I will not even attempt to discuss that here.
• Only the JORC-compliant mineral resource estimates will be used. Please consider new exploration activity separately. If the JORC-compliant estimate is officially expanded by the company, we can then revisit this thread to update the IGV accordingly.
• Additionally, this thread may be updated if the commodity prices change significantly, to better reflect the current total IGV.
• All $ amounts are in USD for simplicity.

I will start with the 2 main projects in CLA:

Opuwo Copper-Cobalt Project, Namibia

JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate = 112.4 million tonnes

Average Copper grade = 0.41%
Total contained Copper = 460,840 tonnes
Current Copper price = $8,806.50 per tonne
IGV from contained Copper = $4,058,387,460 = $4 billion

Average Cobalt grade = 0.11%
Total contained Cobalt = 123,640 tonnes
Current Cobalt price = $50,000.00 per tonne
IGV from contained Cobalt = $6,182,000,000 = $6 billion

Average Zinc grade = 0.43%
Total contained Zinc = 483,320 tonnes
Current Zinc price = $2,866.00 per tonne
IGV from contained Zinc = $1,385,195,120 = $1.4 billion

Total IGV based on JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate = $11.4 billion

Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog (MCB) Copper-Gold Project, Philippines

JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate = 313.8 million tonnes

Average Copper grade = 0.48%
Total contained Copper = 1,506,240 tonnes
Current Copper price = $8,806.50 per tonne
IGV from contained Copper = $13,264,702,560 = $13.2 billion

Average Gold grade = 0.15 g/t
Total contained Gold = 1.47 million ounces
Current Gold price = $1,784.39 per ounce
IGV from contained Gold = $2,623,053,300 = $2.6 billion

Total IGV based on JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate = $15.8 billion

Total IGV held by CLA = $27.2 billion
