Only 1 more trading day left after today for October. Shares off 10% message in that, another dead line missed ? They have 1 day to make good their second date on the SS and a week late on the drill results.
So far we have been diluted 25% was 780 million shares before MCB then since another 267 million issued taking the total to 1,047,000,000.
Then now we are presented with a proposal to ok an additional 10% they can issue on top of the 15% they are allowed to issue in a year without share holder approval. So that means they plan to issue another 25%. That can be done at any time and at any price we have no say.
You can be rest assured its a plan or why would they seek this extra approval. We dont know where all these shares are going. Seems they dont care at what price as has already been demonstrated. This share plan has been put forward before any announcements that one would think could raise the share price. Seems to me Its just another negative that has pushed down the price.
