Very nice. But weird. I was actually doing the same thing this morning.
Looks good to me I just used a slightly higher Cu price based on Fridays night close of 4.06/lb *2205 ~ 8950/tonne

I also did sensitivity of just MCB HG section and Opuwo at a higher cut off 0.1% to see.
And looked at commodities at time of each JORC, more relatvent for Opuwo.

How do you feel about the 5% of IGV rule of thumb, as a very rough valuation?
