Negros...Negros Occidental has a well-known history of gold recovery. Nothing earth-shaking - but south of Cadiz and Sagay. many local individual miners have done well. A lot more didn't do well. Same story everywhere. CLA has got the Sagay project - and I certainly like the looks of it. For a few reasons. No one had done a real major drill program in the area. There is some potential for a very major mine-site that adds Cu and Ag to the project. Provincial government - scheming for a post-Covid world - really wants any investment that will provide jobs for locals. They are not picky about who comes in and does business here. They want jobs for locals and some resultant revenue.

So CLA should, in tandem with MCB, do some serious drilling across the Sagay project and add the results to future Philippine expansion. I firmly believe there are a great many tons of gold waiting. The area has a lot of local legend. Legend that has never been seriously sought and exploited.
