If we loose MCB project it wont matter.
SVM have NO debt , small number of shares on issue and plenty of cash in bank.
They don't need to ask about funding from themselves.
Keep in the back of your mind if this deal goes thru they will be a significant holder in spinco company.
IMO
2 or 3 years down the road they will be coming for Saygay which will be much bigger than MCB.
So much time and so little to do.
All the whitewalkers seem to be walking in one direction now.
