Sondor group also have a none binding agreement to purchase 60% of the MCB mine and at the time of that announcement valued CLA at 6 cents per share.
When the mining permit is granted we will have a mine in 2 years that produces copper and gold.
Philippine is not easy to get finance compared to Oz but if the asset is good money will follow.
Not sure how many shares Lind was offered (45m in Dec) but I did not see any significant holding notice. May I assumed they have sold down their holdings and responsible for the CLA's current low MC?
