I think Giga has fair points - but the bottom line remains, goes binding in less than 2 weeks. With spinco + take out, still circa 100% upside.
The other factor is possibly a revised offer, which I think, is unlikely but if in play, is very welcome development for all.
Either way, once this trading range is soaked, will move very quick, eerily similar to DNK trading when it was range bound in the low 30s before popping.
Great RvR - can see the stale volume at these levels - once cleared trades up quick
