I'll be honest, I will probably vote Yes if no better offer comes before the vote.

My rationale behind this is very primitive. There isn't much possibility for regretting that decision, ie. that we might have sold MCB for too little. And the reasoning for this is, it would become a lot harder for any other party to get a hold of MCB once SVM get their mitts on it. They are cashed up and have great positive cashflow. There is very little chance of them onselling MCB trying to make a quick profit. That would suck big time, but not likely at all to happen!

It is what it is, I guess. GLTA!
