You may very well be just trying to flip oppies for a profit, but what Megamao said is also correct. The oppies at this moment would be the mother of all punts. Essentially betting that a bigger offer will come along to beat the SVM offer.
There must be people out there looking at this and willing to punt on it. The undervaluation in the SVM offer is impossible to ignore.
