Thanks phuket guy, as usual some valid points and great arguments for the viability of this project. Wait and see what happens over the next couple of months.. Like you say I don't mind being long cobalt at around 40k per tonne. Hopefully cobalt stabilizes or rallies and a prospective buyers emerges.
China stimulus measures are not overly effective at the moment which is a slight concern and maybe we get a move back to 78.6% retracement level... Although maybe U.S. China have further positive talks on trade, but macro risks sure are not doing cobalt any favours. Suspect central banks will want a weaker U.S. dollar in 2019 to create higher inflation globally which could help cobalt.
