I spoke to the co. re. payments. Essentially they are forward payments from Noble on shipments due that month. They got a ruling from the ATO saying that instead of showing them as net receipts they needed to put them into borrowings.
I am comfortable with that, and it's a good win if it means they can avoid a cap raising in some way.
Bottom line we need the MON assets sold and to recoup that money and move on. Next Q is critical.
Noble have a fair bit riding on this so they are obviously going to make the terms as flexible as possible.
it's a mess, they just need to focus on finding IO and making more money when they sell it.
