Im in for exploring options such as CA. We may not get anything back financially but i think it is important to sting these directors (if at all possible) so they may think more prudently next time about how they exercise their responsibilities, manage relationships and the quality of the information they disclose. Maybe there are other entities/associations that could help on the accountability of directors angle?
