Start to do you own research and find out who there D&O insurer is, this may save you some cost...
Its easy if you follow the stages but do seek legal (ACA).. I haven't read to much but sounds like you may have a case.
One other point...use HC to get your voice out there and push hard but you want to action soon, whilst there are a lot of holders reading the forum, its you best chance to get a few on board!!!
