Regarding the sale of Ladies Leases.
On the Redivian forum (RIL) in the Q3 FY25 company report , it is reported :

Exploration Assets :
"The Company (RIL) entered into a binding share agreement .(Share sale afgreement) with Viridian Capital Pty Ltd to sell all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Reed Exploration Pty Ltd, that holds the tennanments that make up the Forestania Project.
On 28-1-2025.the conditions precident were satisfiedand the share sale agreement with Viridian was completed ".
Now we just have to find out who Viridian Capital Pty Ltd is (note the simularity of name with Redivium Pty Ltd (RIL) - i would love to know the significance of this simularity.
