No one said anything about the stability of the ground in current project (douche) it was a discussion about previous underground works, nothing more nothing less ! Yes we have all read that underground was not going to be a consideration ! but no you guys become D^%$s again !!
As for claim jumpers soooo wrong ! These people are filing plaints which doesn't jump a claim (cowboy) it means if the tenement conditions and expenditure is one are not meet and then if the grounds are considered significant then the tenement will be forfeit.
