This is an issue for democracy itself, Dave.
It is not random so appears to be "manipulated" to achieve an outcome.
This is something you associate with third world "dictatorships", etc, not the so-called and self-styled "guardians" of democracy!!
It is entirely possible they may have to hold another election and this time give Soros' machines the boot?????
