Hi everyone its a bit of a grey area as it seems when a company is in administration the news flow stops and the administrators dont want anything to do with the ordinary shareholders. So I have a couple of small mining companies that went into administration one about 12 months and one about 4 months ago. There is zero chance I will see any money from both companies again.
I really want to claim a capital loss this financial year as i have profits to offset my losses the thing is do the administrators have to declare that the shareholders will recieve nothing I know in previous cases this declaration is not always issued.
Any help appreciated the companies are CTL and PBX if that is any help
