If you are desperate to crystalise your loss in RCR before the EFY, I believe that you can formally transfer your RCR shares to someone else for a nominal sum..
Whether RCR's share registry is still operative I don't know, it probably is, but in any case, even if it isn't, I suspect that all you need is a formal contract of sale.
Ask your tax adviser or accountant how to go about it.
It's anybody's guess what the transfer price should be, but sadly, a peppercorn would probably more than cover the real value of the shares now.
