All I have from the ASIC records is the name of the gold miner in Australia and its parent owner in China ( a property developer ), and the director who is a member of the BOD on all 3 companies.

Don't want to put names, because it maybe possible that the director is doing this in his own capacity, but if you dig into the ASIC records ( pay something like AU$20 to ASIC to get the company details ), you'll find the names.
