Here a theory.

Could it be that any assets (ie the video library) are being bought by AVS financials with a view (or a pre arrangement) to selling them back to a new entity that will start up in the US.

The new US entity duplicates what was done here in Australia. Listed on NASDAQ.
Free of debt to start with and away they go again in another country. In the mean time shareholders here in Auatralia are left high and dry.

Just a thought. No evidence of this.
