I still think OBL have to declare it as a discovery to get the needed 5m from BRU to drill the second hole ..I also believe it's because of this why the stock price is moving up...some how I can't see BRU walking away from this if it's a declared discovery,I think it will be declared a discovery..otherwise OBL will have to go back to the market for another capital raising.it would'nt be that hard to find another farm in partner either,I don't think.
