clarification from company secretary, page-3

Thanks Mr Von !!! Good work shutting these guys up as always lol ... So if Bergin want to play they really only have like 666,666 ? Otherwise they can try and be smart and buy the 750,000 now but if share price goes spasto they get stuck have buy back yes ??? I love it ... SOC can't get screwed on this deal lol ... If they see Bergin move stock or sell why would they just but it up, I'm sure if really need they can find buyer to stop measly little 1,400,000 shares lol ... I like how everyone always expect the worst too lol ... If I Bergin and really like SOC why might I just not convert and hold share and hope price goes 30 or 40cents per share ??? :) don't they make a lot more money on price going up then down ???
