What happens to the residue if it is converted into co-products that are NOT acceptable for use in Malaysia and
also are NOT in a form acceptable for international markets and/or NOT in accordance with Malaysian regulations and international conventions?
Also, what is the purpose of the permanent disposal facility (PDF) and what EXACTLY is permitted to be disposed of in it?
These are the questions that are not being answered.
