In regards to the following:

"Flanagan received 4 unsolicited approaches from steel mills during his recent trip to China
* Atlas are looking at "two offers" very closely"

My understanding is that apart from various announcements suggesting they have been approached there have been no announcements suggesting potential in any offers. If there are two offers that they are looking at very closely this would have to be disclosed to the markets as it demonstrates acceptable or a semi-acceptable deal being presented. Would you agree?
