clarification of capital raising, page-6

Thanks,ausjpn for sharing that very valuable information with us.....brilliant report and insight as to what is about to happen come Monday.
I did a quick calculation on the effect of dilution by issuing 85.7 million shares to raise $120 Million (assuming issue price at $1.40, which is not confirmed)....the average price per share would become $1.63 , therefore only minimal dilution of actual share value as at the previous closing price of $1.70 (which on monday will be significantly higher !).
