Hi all, I emailed yesterday asking more clarification of Distribution Rights as all ASX Reports stated Asia Pacific & website just says Aust/NZ. Just got a reply back have pasted below:
Thank you for your question. The Aust/NZ rights refer to cancer treatments (as per the original agreement with RMW). With the second separate agreement, Invion has exclusive rights to use the technology in Asia Pacific (excluding few countries listed in announcement) for atherosclerosis and infectious diseases. As this agreement was only recently approved, we will be updating the website soon to reflect the change. Importantly, the original agreement for cancers is still in place whereby RMW pays for 100% of the development cost for Photosoft in the treatment of cancers.
