Following a number of queries received from both shareholders and brokers , as to why the company would undertake a second $4.8 million capital raising at a price of 20 cents, followings today’s company update ADV Group (ASX: ADS) would like to clarify today’s earlier ASX release.
The $4.8m capital raising via the placement of 24 million shares at a price of 20 cents mentioned in today’s ASX Release is not a new capital raising. It is the same capital raising as was previously announced to the market on June 1st 2007. The first tranch of this placement was completed on June 1st 2006 in June while the balance was completed as at June 30th 2007
